Here at B&B Integrations, we believe technology should strengthen relationships, not complicate them. That belief is at the heart of our partnership with JNL Technologies and the continued momentum we are building together with the QUANTUM™ Senior Safety and Communication platform. Across Pennsylvania, senior living communities are choosing a more unified, future-ready approach to resident call and campus communication. We are proud to be the partner helping them get there.
As a regional integrator with deep experience in healthcare and continuing care environments, we focus on long-term performance and accountability. Our Continuing Care solutions are designed to serve the unique needs of Life Plan Communities, CCRCs, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing environments. Increasingly, that approach includes deploying the JNL QUANTUM™ system as the foundation for campus-wide communication and life safety.
A Smarter Takeover at White Horse Village
At White Horse Village in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, we recently completed a full takeover of the existing resident call system using JNL’s QUANTUM™ platform. A takeover means replacing the headend server while reusing the existing field hardware. By leveraging the infrastructure already in place, we were able to modernize the backbone of the system without unnecessary disruption or waste.
When White Horse Village made the decision not to move forward, the incumbent provider and their annual software service agreement were not renewed before installation was complete, our team ensured continuity and stability. We finished the installation and then replaced the older Tektone nurse call system, integrating it into a campus-wide QUANTUM™ environment using new hardware where needed.
The result is a streamlined, unified system that supports staff responsiveness and provides leadership with greater visibility into activity across the community. Instead of managing fragmented systems and contracts, White Horse Village now operates on a single, scalable platform.
Wesley Enhanced Living: Expanding a Regional Partnership
In 2025, B&B Integrations earned the contract to completely replace the call system at Wesley Enhanced Living’s Stapeley community in Philadelphia. Wesley Enhanced Living operates five senior living communities across the Greater Philadelphia area, including Main Line in Media, Pennypack Park in Philadelphia, Upper Moreland in Hatboro, Doylestown in Doylestown, and Stapeley in Philadelphia.
Our proposal for Stapeley was significantly more cost-effective than the incumbent provider’s. After the award, when it became clear that the project would move forward with B&B and JNL QUANTUM™, the incumbent provider declined to renew the annual software service contract for Wesley Enhanced Living’s other communities.
Moments like this test partnerships. We are proud to share that the other Wesley Enhanced Living communities have now signed agreements for B&B to use the JNL QUANTUM™ platform in 2026 to take over their existing call systems. What began as a single-site replacement has grown into a broader relationship rooted in trust, performance, and long-term alignment.
Brethren Village: One Platform, One Campus
Brethren Village Retirement Community in Lititz, Pennsylvania, is a nonprofit Life Plan Community with more than 1,100 residents. When they evaluated their resident call environment, they were managing multiple systems of various ages, some of which were past the end of life.
By standardizing on the JNL QUANTUM™ system across cottage living, independent living, assisted living, and skilled care, Brethren Village is moving to one unified platform. That means one point of programming, one set of replacement parts to maintain, and one centralized system for alerts and staff messaging across the campus.
Operationally, the benefits are significant. With QUANTUM™, when a resident places a pendant call anywhere on campus, the alert can be routed to multiple devices simultaneously for rapid response. That level of coordination is difficult to achieve when different buildings or care levels operate on separate systems.
Brethren Village has signed an agreement to replace all resident call systems with JNL QUANTUM™. We are honored to support them as they transition to a more cohesive and responsive communication infrastructure.
The Highlands at Wyomissing: Phased Modernization
The Highlands at Wyomissing, a CCRC just outside Reading, Pennsylvania, has also selected B&B Integrations and JNL Technologies to modernize its resident call systems in phases. In 2025, The Highlands installed the JNL QUANTUM™ system as part of the renovation of their Assisted Living wing.
They have since signed agreements to replace systems in their Independent Living and Memory Care wings as well. A phased approach allows leadership to align capital planning with operational priorities while still moving toward a unified, campus-wide platform.
We work closely with communities like The Highlands to design implementation schedules that respect daily operations and resident comfort. Modernization does not need to be disruptive. With the right planning and the right partner, it can be seamless.
Why Our Partnership with JNL Matters
Our partnership with JNL Technologies is built on shared values. Both of our organizations prioritize innovation, reliability, and long-term support. The QUANTUM™ system is designed to consolidate multiple functions onto a single platform, including resident call, staff communication, and life safety integrations.
For administrators and executive directors, this consolidation simplifies vendor management and strengthens accountability. For nursing and care staff, it supports faster response times and clearer communication. For residents and families, it reinforces confidence that help is always within reach.
Here at B&B Integrations, we do not view a project as a transaction. We view it as the start of a relationship. We remain engaged long after installation, providing service, support, and strategic guidance as communities evolve.
Moving Forward with Confidence
The recent wins at White Horse Village, Wesley Enhanced Living, Brethren Village, and The Highlands at Wyomissing reflect more than successful installations. They reflect a shift toward unified, campus-wide communication systems that are built to last.
As more communities across Pennsylvania evaluate aging infrastructure and fragmented platforms, we are ready to help them chart a smarter path forward. By combining our regional expertise with the power and flexibility of JNL’s QUANTUM™ system, we deliver solutions that support residents, empower staff, and give leadership teams clarity and control.
If your community is evaluating its resident call system or planning for future upgrades, now is the time to explore what a unified platform can do for your campus.
